- Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free

- Parking is free on premises (one car per room)

- No refunds for late arrival nor early departure

- All rates and packages are guaranteed by advanced reservation only
- 1/3rd deposit is required to guarantee a reservation

- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit (less $25 administrative fee)
- no refunds for cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date no exceptions
